With easy-to-use chain or motorised control, roman blinds draw up in pleats to give a compact solution and avoid the side stacking of curtains in your windows. You can choose from the hundreds of fabrics we stock to create your ideal roman blinds. These fabrics are all available to be seen in our Northampton showroom. We have three dedicated books from designer Ashley Wilde which we can bring out to home appointments which cover a wide range of colours, patterns and textures. These are a great way to get an idea for what fabric you would like to make you roman blinds up in. Plus, it also gives you a great way to see the colours in situ alongside your current interior or any swatches for current redecorating projects.

If you find your perfect fabric here in our showroom but need some more time to consider and choose your new roman blinds, then why not take advantage of our free sample service. With this free service we will have your chosen samples sent directly to your home. Most samples will arrive with 5 working days, meaning you won’t have to wait too long for a better chance to match up your fabrics perfectly! All samples are non-returnable unless otherwise stated so you can keep hold for your interior planning boards!

Roman blinds destined for bedrooms, or rooms where the sun may come pouring through, can be lined with blackout lining. We also offer thermal lining to give better quality of heat retention through the winter and heat deflection in the summer. For finer fabrics, or those which may have an embroidery design, we suggest interlining your roman blinds. As standard, all our roman blinds come with standard lining. All these options can be discussed and experienced in our Northamptonshire showroom.

At First4Blinds we offer both functional and dress roman blinds which we can fit inside or outside of your window recesses. We can also fit roman blinds in bay windows and dormer windows. Book a free home measure with us and we can get a quotation to you the very same day. Roman blinds take approximately 4-5 weeks to be made and we then will come and fit at a time suitable for you.
