Well what a change in the weather for us this morning… From sunshine to raindrops. Never mind, all the more reason to make a cuppa and catch up with us! This week we have ended up with a seriously busy end of the week. Our big secret project has got stacks of hand finished curtains ready to go up with the pelmet boards our fitters are busy putting up whilst I type this blog. We cannot wait to be able to show you what we,(predominantly Beverley), have been beavering away with for the last few months. Seasons have come and past throughout this incredible project. And now we are finally verging towards the home straight and being able to show off the incredible finish! Moving on, before I let anything slip, we are also in the throws of receiving a full showcase of Zoffany books. It is well and truly settled in with a gorgeous stand full of books to spend a cup of tea over. Just how much you could get away with in your home? As we have not just textile ranges, but also wallpaper ranges to choose from. All of which work together beautifully, perhaps making the decision process all the more difficult for you…
Our Cutting Room is seeing some seriously high quality hand-finishing to curtains before going to their homes. Belinda is as busy as a bee getting the pressing and lining of a pair of curtains ready before the hand sewn pleating going into them. I know you might think we are harping on just a bit, but the quality of hand-finished bespoke curtains really does not compare to mass produced high street curtains. It is a labour of love for sure but we know how much joy they will bring to your home.
Our Sale is blazing on and our Zuche Boutique Event on the 12th June will be running in conjunction with our showroom sale, so don’t forget the handbag! A treat for you and a treat for your home. But it won’t last forever. Come the end of June we will be tapering the Sale down and offering in the second week of July a remnant sale as we are nearly being buried alive by all of the remnants towering up in our Cutting Room. Remember in last weeks Blog we mentioned Handmade Upcycling, well perhaps in light of news of a Remnant Sale, we will save that for nearer July to tempt you into dabbling into a bit of simple embroidery or creating some bespoke bunting…

And speaking of use for all our remnants, we had a lovely treat this week with our Bespoke Bandana competition to keep a Pooch looking stylish this summer! A photo will be sure to follow soon!
